Q: How many homes should I look at before purchasing? 

That is entirely up to you! FREEBIRD’s process will help narrow down the choices to the places you feel most alive! And with technology, it’s easy to view and simulate tours of as many homes as you want to explore. After you’ve identified the properties that appeal to you, we’ll take a physical tour to learn and feel the subtle idiosyncrasies a virtual tour does not afford. With our 30+ years of experience in the business, we’ll point out everything we see, share some visions of what could be, and identify any issues or obstacles that may affect you. 

Q: How long does the homebuying process take? 

Again, that’s up to each individual client. Oftentimes, we find that after touring a few options, there are usually one or two that feel right. We then need to be sure that the house is in good condition and can be purchased at an appropriate price. Ultimately, we find that the homebuying process typically takes about three to four months from the initial search to closing.
